How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are sent to the vendor for processing typically once per business day during festivals season. From that time, the vendor needs
about 10 business days to fulfill each order chronologically.

Will I receive order status updates?

If you
create an optional WSMA Awards Store account before placing an order, you'll be able to see the order's status update to "Processing" after it has been sent to the vendor. This typically happens once per business day during festivals season. From that time, it'll take about 10 business days to process the order. 

Will I receive shipment tracking information? How long does shipping take?

No. Because
the vendor ships all orders via next-day ground as soon as they're processed (which takes about 10 business days), orders are usually received faster (i.e., within 1-2 business days) than any shipment tracking info can be made available. This also saves the vendor valuable time that can be used for faster processing.

e other shipping options available? Can someone pick up the order instead to expedite receipt? 

No. In the interest of cost effectiveness, all orders are subject to the same shipping method. In-person pickup usually doesn't expedite receipt, as the vendor ships all orders via next-day ground as soon as they're processed.
 

Why are the special ensemble certificates and/or state marching band championships pins missing from the shipment? 


These items are fulfilled by the WSMA office in batches and 
will ship separately from the items fulfilled by the vendor.
